Holiday Party and Sing

Audrey's kindergarten class had its holiday party and school winter sing event this morning. At the class party, the kids got to eat special snacks and do a craft activity.

The winter sing was an all school event where the parents got to join the kids and sing holiday songs together. Audrey has been talking about the winter sing for weeks now. She often practiced the songs at home, and I finally got to sing them all with her.

    

After school, I invited a couple of Audrey's friends over for a playdate and I prepared little holiday gifts for the big kids and their siblings (can't leave out the little ones!). Audrey can't wait to put it on her bike.

Peter and the Wolf Concert

We took the kids to see a kid friendly performance of Peter and the Wolf. Both Audrey and Elliot really enjoyed the concert.

The fun part was the instrument petting zoo. Audrey especially enjoyed this experience. She got to touch and fiddle with some of the instruments that were in Peter and the Wolf.

Of course, Elliot didn't miss out on anything.

American Girl

I finally gave in to Audrey's Christmas wish list.

Korean School Holiday Party

Audrey's Korean class had its holiday party. Her class sang a couple of songs together.

Singing Happy Birthday

Any lit candle will make Elliot sing the happy birthday song. (It doesn't matter if he has a mouth full of pears.)

Playdates

We've been busy hosting back to back playdates.
