Opinion Writing

Audrey came home with multiple paper bags full of what she's been working on all year - artwork, writings, etc.

One of my favorites has to be this letter to the school principal while practicing "opinion writing".

Ms. Burns,
Did you know that some kids in kindergarten are kissing each other? It is a big problem because it will spread germs all around and it will make kids sick and that is very sad. So please put signs anywhere in this school and other schools so the kids do not kiss ever again unless they are at home.

Last Day of Kindergarten

Last day of school for Audrey. She's done with kindergarten!

Kindergarten End of School Year Party

Audrey's class had its end of school year party. I can't believe kindergarten is almost over!

Build-A-Bear Workshop

Audrey's friend had her birthday party at the Build-A-Bear Workshop store.

It's funny how a lot of girls picked out the same outfits for their dolls.

Elliot tagged along and so I had to get him a bear, too.

Great America Theme Park

Audrey is done with the kiddie rides now.

Elliot enjoyed some of the rides himself, but not as much as Audrey.

Korean Class Year End Party

Audrey's Korean class had its year end party and family and friends were invited to see a little performance. I honestly don't know how much Korean she takes in during her once a week class, but I know she has a lot of fun hanging out with her best friend Anastasia every week. They even had matching dresses today.

    

Elliot had no interest in what was going on inside the classroom, and was just happy to be running around outside.

Pool Time

We went over to a friend's house after school and jumped in their pool.

Haircut

The kids got their haircuts.

I think they were both more interested in the lollipop that they get after the haircut.

Sunday Activities

We started the morning with our usual swim class.

In the afternoon, we took a family bike ride to the park.

And more swimming. Life is good.
