Elliot's Field Trip

Elliot's preschool class went on a special field trip to the train park in Portola Valley. He's been here before for Audrey's field trip while she was at Playschool, but he was too young to remember.

All the kids were very excited to ride the train. Elliot and I hopped on at least 5 times.

The boys were running around all over the place checking out all the cool things.

School Open House

Audrey's school had its annual open house in the evening where family/friends were invited to the school and classrooms to see what the kids have been up to all year. Audrey has been talking about it for weeks and today was finally the big day.

Audrey Is Seven!

Audrey is seven today!

We had a chef/pizza themed birthday party to celebrate her big day. Her classmate Anika's birthday is in May as well, so we held a joint birthday party and invited all the kids in their class. I made our kids fun chef hats. Anika's mom got them matching number t-shirts with their names on them.

Sabine's 7th Birthday Party

It's a party weekend! 

SF Zoo

In's firm had a firm picnic at the SF Zoo that we couldn't miss.

After checking out some animals, the two kids had a lot of fun at the play structure area.

At the firm picnic area, Audrey couldn't pass on the face painting.

Elliot was in heaven with cotton candy and popcorn....all at once.

They got to see and pet some animals up close.

They goofed around a lot and had a wonderful time.

Elliot passed out on the way home.

BTW, today is Audrey's last day as a 6 year old. She is so excited about tomorrow.
