@ Golf Course

Audrey's grandparents are visiting from Korea for a couple of weeks and she is having a very very good time.

Audrey thinks the golf cart is the best ride ever. She says its "grandpa's car" and specifically mentions that she likes it more than Mommy's car. She is even more impressed at how many of those "cars" that Grandpa has - there are at least a dozen parked behind the one she's riding in the photo, and she thinks they are all Grandpa's white cars.

(Dropping the grandparents off at a local golf course for the afternoon.)

@ Amelia's 2nd Birthday Party

Amelia's Hawaii theme birthday party was packed with fun. Audrey even got a cute coconut drinking cup with her name on it! She spend most of the time playing with stamps and bubbles - per usual.

Choo Choo & Ice Cream

A cool birthday party. Audrey's friend from preschool - Jonah - celebrated his 2nd birthday today. Everybody hopped on the Caltrain in Palo Alto and headed to San Carlos. Then a short stroll to an ice cream place, and they all had ice cream sandwiches!! Afterwards, they all headed back to Palo Alto on the train again. Talk about sugar high - Audrey was full of energy and then some when she should be calming down to go to bed.

She's been on train-esque rides in amusement parks, but this was Audrey's first time on a "real" train. She was a bit hesitant at first getting on the train, but once she sat down, she was excited! Every time it stopped at a station (only 2 stops between PA and SC), she said "All done!". When it started to move again, she said "Train! Choo choo!"

Waiting for some ice cream.

Enjoying every single bite.

[Video] Folding Laundry

It was too quiet. Audrey was up to something....found Audrey folding laundry - like Mommy. She folded and made a huge pile of the clean clothes that were taken out of the dryer and dumped in the laundry basket. She even took them all to her room and tried to put them in her dresser.

Messy Hands

Keeping a toddler busy at home is a lot of work and a lot of mess. She got her hands (and some more) dirty doing some water painting.

Stamps

Audrey loooooves stamps. She loves getting stamped after certain classes, she loves pretending to stamp her dolls, etc. Mommy never gives her an actual stamp pad at home for obvious reasons...At the Children's Discovery Museum these days, the art room has these beautiful stamps that kids can stamp on paper and go crazy with. So Audrey just loved it when she was able to use the "real" stamp pad ink and stamp all over the paper with various color inks and different kinds of stamps! Forget the water area, this definitely was the highlight of the museum visit.
