w/ Eden

Audrey had a fun playdate with Eden in the morning. I thought I tired her out, but I guess not. She refused to nap today. I usually end up forcing her to sleep but today, she won. She didn't nap.

Water Fun

It was a pretty warm day so Audrey was able to go to the water play area at Ortega Park. Notice how her swimsuit is still very dry. She doesn't really like to get herself wet. She just stands next to the sensor button and pushes the button for the water sprinklers to work. She still has a good time~

@ Fall Festival

Audrey's playgroup had its annual fall festival at Blackberry Farm. It was packed with fun activities. The highlight of the festival was a performance by Andy Z. Audrey was not too sure about it at first, but then she really go into it and started dancing along!

@ Children's Discovery Museum

No preschool today, we Audrey spent the morning at Children's Discovery Museum in San Jose.

Audrey Rides Her Tricycle

Finally, Audrey can ride a tricycle!

My parents bought her a tricycle when they were visiting a few weeks ago. I thought she would pick it up pretty quickly and ride it in a flash, but it took her a few times to finally get it. Now, she's really liking it!

@ Zoya's 2nd Birthday Party

Zoya's birthday party was over the top. (Zoya is a friend from preschool.) I thought a mini petting zoo was too cool for a 2 year old's party, but when a pony passed by....oh wow. I was very surprised that Audrey wanted to ride the pony and was not afraid of it at all. She still talks about it!

28 Months Old

Cherry Tomato Picking

At Anastasia's garden, Audrey did some serious cherry tomato picking.

Then afterwards, hung out on her swings. She always has a lot of fun at Anastasia's backyard.

Playdate

Anastasia, Amelia, Nico, and Will came over for a fun filled and chaotic playdate.

@ Oak Meadow Park

Audrey had a blast at Oak Meadow Park. She was on the carousel ride, and she particularly enjoyed the train ride.

Audrey sat in the middle mostly steering (or wanting to steer) while Mommy and Daddy did all the hard work (paddle paddle).

She's still not that crazy about getting anything above her neck wet.

Audrey is truly enjoying her grandparents' visit from Korea. Too bad they leave tomorrow.
