Zoom She Goes

Audrey got her pedal bike earlier this month. (She emphasizes "pedal" because she had the balance bike.) We let her ride with the training wheels only on the first day, and then we just took them off. Something clicked today, and now, she can ride the bicycle!

There was no school today and I didn't arrange a playdate (what was I thinking!). Audrey and I were going crazy at home (along with Elliot) so I popped open a new toy. She got to play with big kid's lego for the first time. I think I had a lot of fun making it, too.

Ceramics Studio

It was a very rainy Saturday morning, so I took Audrey to Create It Ceramics Studio in Palo Alto. It's a paint-your-own-pottery place that I've been meaning to try out with Audrey. (Yes, she's still on Halloween as you can see by her outfit.)

They glaze and fire up the pieces so we have to wait a week to get the finished products. Audrey can't wait!
