Memorial Day Picnic

Audrey's playgroup that used to meet every week for 2 years had a little reunion playdate/picnic at Nealon Park. It was a bit chilly, but the kids did not seem to mind at all.

Audrey, Anastasia, Will, Nico, Pearce and Leo. We missed you Amelia and Liberty (and Naomi and Everett), hopefully next time!

Audrey's 4th Birthday Party

I took the easy way and had Audrey's birthday party at My Gym this year. Boy, did I make the right decision. It was so easy! Less prep, less clean up, and best of all, Audrey and all the kids had a very good time. 

After changing her mind about a dozen times (Pirate -> Angelina Ballerina -> Minnie Mouse -> Angelina Ballerina...), she finally decided she wanted a "Pocoyo" themed party, so I got some Pocoyo plates, plates, cups, balloons and a Pocoyo ice-cream cake. Kids went home with a Pocoyo t-shirt as well.

Audrey tells me that now that she is four, she will be five tomorrow. Dream on, girl.

Audrey is four!

Her preschool had an all school picnic in the park. Too bad it was so cold and windy, we couldn't stay as long as we wanted to.

Happy Mother's Day

Audrey's preschool invited the mommies to school for Mother's Day.

She was busy showing me all the things she likes to play with.

Audrey disclosed my age. (Now, a lot of the kids said mommy is 5... 7... even 18! But nope, Audrey knows and tells my actual age. Oh joy.)

She gave me this for Mother's Day at preschool.

By the way, In gave me this huge one. Beautiful. Photo does not do it justice. It is really really big.

I've been listening to this song a lot, and obviously, Audrey has now learned the song.

Playtime at Home

Audrey plays with Lego all the time. That's pretty much all she plays with these days.
